    What software does the ProEdge ChatBot Use?

    The ProEdge Chatbot for Real Estate was built on ManyChat, the world's leading ChatBot building platform.   You will need a ManyChat Pro Subscription to run the ProEdge ChatBot.   ManyChat Pro starts at $15/month for 500 leads.

    Do I need to be Techie to run the ChatBot?

    ​No! We try to make setting up and managing the ProEdge ChatBot as simple as possible with a plug and play template and step by step video training to get you setup and going.  If you can watch a training and follow along, you will have no problem. But of course, we are always 'Have Your Back!'  with our VIP support and Members-only Facebook group.

    ​Is the chatbot customizable/editable?

    Absolutely! Our ProEdge ChatBot provides easy to manage BOT Fields allowing you to control your personalization and business rules.   Once our ProEdge Chatbot template has been added to your ManyChat account, everything is there for you to tweak and change if you desire, but ChatBot Conversational Flows will be 100% ready for you to use as-is. It is a very user friendly program

    Can you integrate the chatbot with a CRM?

    Yes, your leads you receive that provide their email and/or phone numbers can be Zapped!, with Zapier, over to your CRM.  ManyChat also supports sending your leads to a google sheet that gets connected into your google account for easy download.

    ​​What if I don’t have the time to spend on this?

    We do our best to make this a very automated system that technically won't require a ton of work after getting setup, but as with all things, you will have more success the more time you can invest into the program.  A Typical ProEdge ChatBot setup should take less than 1 hour.     Now it is time to Deploy!    The ProEdge ChatBot is centralized to all your marketing.    Use QR Codes on your print advertising, run Marketplace, Facebook and Instagram Ads, YouTube videos, Craigslist,  as well as add into your eMail and SMS drips. 

    Do I need any other software to run the Bot?

    The ProEdge ChatBot for Real Estate only requires ManyChat Pro.  Optionally, you will need Calendly if you want the ChatBot to schedule appointments on your calendar.     We are a big believer of integrating all your real estate systems.     Zapier is recommended.

    How do leads interact with the chatbot?
